RMR5000 – KP networks throughout the world continuously expand in number of transmitters, with networks reaching tens of thousands of units. KP is proud to introduce the newly released RMR5000 network, developed to support hundreds of thousands of radios. The new network is comprised of a concentrator at the central station and advanced repeaters. The central station concentrator manages communication with all network repeaters, interrogating them and collecting the data stored in each repeater within fractions of a second. Communication between concentrator and repeaters is via high-speed radio modem, with GPRS and Internet backup options.
